MediaWorks 2016

18 - 21 May, Hanoi, Vietnam

Now in its 11th year, MediaWorks returns to Hanoi to test a new batch of young talents in the media and communications industry. The residential training programme is an intense, challenging and rewarding 4-day course designed to equip the rising stars with the skills they need to survive today's multi-faceted industry.

With the guidance of industry experts, MediaWorks replicates real life, challenging syndicate teams to pitch for a client with a real brief in real time. Attendees will be required to prepare a pitch for the account to a panel of industry heads and the client.

As part of the training, MediaWorks incorporates a one-day conference which brings together industry experts and professional trainers, and examines the obstacles facing the next generation, strategies for winning pitches and maintaining creativity while still delivering the clients objectives.

MediaWorks is conducted in English and is designed for media planners & buyers, advertising sales personnel, agency planners, creatives, brand marketers and other industry-related functions.

Over 1000 young talents have survived the challenge to date. Are you ready for the MediaWorks challenge?

They get the opportunity to not only work with some of the existing leadership of the industry, but they also get to work with people from multiple agencies, multiple backgrounds, and multiple cultures.”

"MediaWorks is the best assimilation training for young stars in the industry.  It encourages out-of-the-box, creative thinking and most of all, challenges young minds to expand.  I'm proud to be a mentor working (and sharing) with future young stars of the industry."
